• Good notification options
• Good formatting (better than participants database)

Potential

• Stripe and Pay Pal Integration

Cons

• No out of the box formatting, filtering, ordering, display to front end pages

Option: WP FOrms

• WP Forms – Cost $200 for first year, $400 there after – too high for my situation

Option: Participants Database

• Somewhat difficult to setup
• VERY capable summarization output to front end pages
• Problems getting mail notifications to work – Ninja forms worked right away
